Dont get ripped off at main dealers. Cannot praise this company enough. Some 2011 Peugeot 207 CC 1.6 VTI GT may experience failing catalytic converters, excessive oil consumption,electrical connector problems, failed mass air flow sensors, and in some cases the engines may need some major mechanical repairs, even complete engine replacement! They have gone that extra mile once again. From the initial contact to getting the repair completed they were most accommodating and absolutely fabulous, keeping me updated all the way. In addition Cayman Auto Services diagnosed that the hydraulic fluid under the seat wasnt from the roof, but from the automatic headrest system that shoots up as a rear rollover bar, in event of an accident.It was recommended that I purchase a used replacement system that they had identified for me and Cayman Auto Services would fit it for me.This happened over a 1/2 day, So the roof is completely repaired and working, and the headrest rollbar system replaced and fully functional which is a big safety issue. From the moment I spoke to the lady that answered the phone I knew that I was in safe hands, sometimes you can just tell. My cars roof wouldn't lie flat when it was down and, when it was examined by one of the Cayman staff, they quickly discovered that it was being caused by something I had left on the back shelf. If I had them do what they recommended I would have been seriously out of pocket.The lesson learned, if you have a roof problem with your Vauxhall, don't waste your time with their so called "experts", bring it to Cayman straight away. Using a 6mm allen key insert into the hexagonal cross section on the hydraulic pump casing and then anticlockwise turn the key to release the hydraulic pressure. I was booked in and whilst I waited they kept me updated with the issues on my SLK. The 207 is bigger in most regards than its predecessor, tacking 10cm onto the overall width, although 4cm is deducted from the car's height, helping render that more swooping look.
